This app helps you follow and track your progress while doing the 90 day 30 minute "P90X3" workout program from Beachbody. You can:

- Track your progress following one of the 4 calendars
- Check off each workout completed and the date you completed it

Key Features

- Tracking: Its never been easier to track your workouts and plan for whats coming up. No more searching for that paper calendar, just pull out your phone or iPad!

- Multiple Profiles: Under "My Workouts" you can track as many profiles as you like. For example one for you and one for your friend as you workout together. Or if youre like me and have done the program multiple times!

- Sharing: Nothing keeps you motivated like posting a workout completion to Twitter or Facebook. Post your weight loss graph and get even more support from the Facebook likes or the Twitter comments! (Note the sharing feature uses the built in sharing from iOS and will only be available for services youve enabled on your device)

- Photos: Track your progress with photos! Take a photo once a week or even daily. I recommend consistency when taking photos, always pose the same way and orient the camera the same way. This makes scrolling through them in the cover-flow interface much nicer.

- Notes: You can log custom notes for each workout. Keep dietary or other information in the notes to help you remember how you felt or what you did to make that workout special.

- Export: If your a "Hyper" tracker, then export your data to a tab delimited file which you can open in your favorite spreadsheet program (excel, numbers, spreadsheet...). The export exports everything except the photos due to technical limitations of a tab delimited file. (note you must have email setup on the device as thats the vehicle I use to send the export)

Not fully functional
This app looks and runs nicely. Got this after having issues with the official app. However, where is the ability to keep track of reps and weights used?? It doesnt have a place for all measurements?? For a paid app, that just doesnt cut it for me. Im using a similar paid app now and it has everything in one. I gave two stars because what is there works well and looks good.
Very basic guide
I bought this because the BeachBody app has yet to update their P90X app for X3. This app does what its supposed to. Its an easy to use, simple design. One thing Id LOVE to see, and to make it 5 stars, would be an option to include reps for individual movements during a workout. For example, "The Challenge" in X3 is 30 minutes of different push-ups and pull-ups. Id love for an option to input how many of each push-up/pull-up I did for the set. Thatd make this app the be-all-end-all. Maybe in an update?
Too Basic
I was expecting a lot more from this ap. All it is for is to log the day you work out. It would be helpful if it listed the exercises for each workout. And also to allow you to enter the weights and reps so that you can use it for your future work outs. It needs to show you the reps for your next workout as well. When you open the ap, it takes you back to week one. Then you have to scroll to where you are at in the program. Not a very good ap at this time. Hopefully updates are coming.
Perfect Companion to P90X3
Great app with good design optimized for iOS 7. Makes tracking my progress for the P90X3 easy. I can get in mark my progress and out of it quickly. Its also nice to not have to search for my calendar (the kids always end up taking it somewhere) before I start a workout.
Not worth it!
Tony Horton always stresses the importance tracking what weight youre using, and how many reps. This app doesnt offer the option to do that. So, as an app for a P90X program, it fails.
